Returns

If you’re not happy with your purchase, we offer a 7-day return policy from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the toy must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as you received it.

Here’s what you need to do:

  1. Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order by emailing us at [email protected] or messaging us on WhatsApp.
  2. Provide your order number and details of the issue (wrong item, defective product, etc.).
  3. We will guide you on how to return the item. Please ensure it is securely packed to avoid any damage during transit.

Conditions for Returns:

  • The toy must be unused and in its original packaging.
  • Returns are only accepted for items that are defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong product.
  • Items on sale or discounted products cannot be returned unless they are damaged or defective.

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item and inspect it, we will notify you via email or WhatsApp. If your return is approved, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued through bank transfer, Easypaisa, or JazzCash within 5-7 business days after approval.

Please note:

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong or defective item).
  • Refunds will only be processed for the cost of the item(s), not the shipping charges.

Exchanges
